You can find our stand at some dog events in Finland. Please note that we have only limited product range in every event. It is recommended that you place an order in advance and only pick-up it from the event. You can make your order online or via email. At he events we accept cash (€) and the most common payment cards.

About event sales
How long does delivery take?
Our most common delivery times to Finland are approximately 3-15 business days, depending on the order and delivery method. More detailed times are provided in the product information. If you order multiple products, the delivery time is determined by the longest delivery time stated.
Delivery time means the time within which the order is completed and sent or is ready for pickup.
What payment methods are available?
Our online store accepts the most common payment methods, such as online banking, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), MobilePay, and invoice and installment options via Klarna or Paytrail. Payment is safe and secure.
These payment methods are only available for deliveries to Finland. If you want to order abroad, please contact us before placing an order..
Do your products have a right of return?
If you are a consumer and living in Finland, you have the right to cancel your order by notifying us no later than 14 days after receiving the goods or the last batch of goods. The products to be returned must be in saleable condition, i.e. the products must be in their original packaging, with any product labels etc. attached, unused and well packaged for return. The returned product must also not contain pet hair etc.
Please note that according to the Consumer Protection Act, a product that has been personalized for the customer on order does not have a right of return, unless it is defective. A defective product has a normal 14-day right of return. A personalized product refers to, for example, a custom-made product made to order for the customer or a product personalized with printing/embroidery.
Ilowilla Tmi
Ilowilla Tmi is a Finnish family business that has been operating since 2003 and was born out of a love for dogs & dog training. Our main business is textile printing & embroidery. In addition to printed and embroidered textiles, we sew high-quality and durable dog leashes, training leads, etc. Our selection also includes dog accessories for many occasions. Our idea is to offer "everything nice for work and show" for both dogs and their people. Satu-Ilona's passion for dog training plays it's part in our product range as well.

All leashes, training leads and collars sold under the Ilowilla brand are hand-sewn here in Järvenpää. We also do all the embroidery and printing on the products ourselves and take care of customer service, deliveries and storage, as well as the maintenance of the online store.
